Parking fee is 25.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per day, for mandatory valet parking. No trailers No large vehicle parking No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Daily 3 ALL We provide one parking spot per unit. We do offer valet parking for a daily fee. Parking is very limited in this urban area. There is NO space for parking RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. There is a fee for late check-outs. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
