Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. The office closes at 7pm on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday. If a guest does not arrive prior to closing, we routinely leave a key in our lockbox. The minimum age requirement for inbound exchange and rental guests to 25 years of age.
