Renovations include the Village Center, Tower 3 and 4 roof and parking areas. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Parking fee is 20.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Guests get two cars free of charge. For any additional cars, the daily fee will apply. Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. Smoking is not allowed in units. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Check-in begins at 4 pm daily, and check-out is at 10 am. The resort charges an hourly fee to guests checking out after 10 am on their scheduled check-out day. The resort charges all guests for handling, storing, or delivering small, medium, and large boxes. FedEx-size envelopes have no charge.
