Parking fee is 7.47 USD for all units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. One car per unit, per night. Additional and oversized vehicles not permitted in garage or lot. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 2 ALL Please have owners call to validate their fees for maintenance and assessments if they want to deposit or utilize points; the phone number is: 800-609-0009. Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations for more than 7 days may require a unit change. Maximum occupancy in a unit is 14 days. Reservations exceeding 14 days will require a unit change.
