Mandatory club card fee is 15 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee for ages 6–17; includes utilities, daily cleaning, towels, parking, Wi‑Fi and 10% discount. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Mandatory electricity and cleaning fees are per person, per week, and paid at check-in. Air conditioning is only available from mid-June through mid-September and operates on fixed timetables. The wellness center is currently closed. Optional shuttle service is €10 per person per ride. Guests need to have a valid email address on their booking, so the resort can send the pre-arrival information. For Non-RCI members please email the resort within 14 days of check-in, so they can send the pre-arrival information. Check-in at reception depending on your booking is Thursday from 16 to 21 hours only, and on Saturday from 16 to 22 hours only. Reception hours: Monday to Friday 8-21 hours; Saturday 8-22 hours; Sunday 8-13/16-21 hours.
