Key fee is 35.00 USD for all units, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. If key is lost. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Minimum age check in is 25. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Please check with resort for smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 0 ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Please be advised that Holiday Beach Resort - Destin is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday) ; therefore, all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay. The units do not offer a water view. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
