Elevator will be closed from January 12, 2026 to April 30, 2026. Elevator Modernization: The resort elevator will be out of service during this time. Access to guest suites will require the use of stairs, and please note that there are no guest rooms located on the first floor. Wi-fi will be closed from January 12, 2026 to April 30, 2026. The resort will be enhancing our Wi-Fi network, which may result in intermittent service throughout the property. A roof replacement project will be underway, which may involve restricted access to certain areas. Parking fee is 12.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Self parking. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No RV parking No trailers No large vehicle parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Call in advance to discuss special needs. Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Office hours are 8am to 9pm daily, and check-in is at the main lobby beginning at 4pm. After 9pm, call on the beige courtesy phone in the foyer. Check-out is at 10am, and a fee is charged for a late check-out. Pets are not allowed, and violators are charged an extra cleaning fee.
