Pool will be closed from January 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. The resort pool is closed until further notice. Guests may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Parking fee is 60.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. The valet parking fee is limited to ONE vehicle per reservation. Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 17.84 USD for 1 bedroom units, per unit, per night, plus tax. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL This resort does not offer daily maid service. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
