Outdoor pool will be closed from September 1, Annually to June 15, Annually. Mandatory weekly usage fee is 40.00 CHF, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 CHF for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 5 CHF for all units, per person, per night. Cash only is accepted. Per guest aged 16 and over. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 2.5 CHF for all units, per child, per night. Cash only is accepted. Per guest aged 3-15. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 7 ALL Gaps in balcony railing are wide Tire chains are required by law during periods of heavy snowfall Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
