These fees are not included in the total booking price. Late check-ins are handled by the security attendant at the guard gate. Guests can call security at (830) 730-0581 for after-hours check-ins or emergencies. Tree Top Villa units have an average of 25 steps to access most units, and some have up to 50 steps. There are only two zero-stair units, and guests must call in advance of making their reservation to check if one will be available for them. Parking of RV’s is not permitted at the Villas, but The Summit does have full hook-up water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical RV sites available for a fee. Overflow parking for your RV could be available with advanced notice, based on availability and dates at a low/no charge. Please contact The Summit in advance for this option. The front desk is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM for check-ins, questions, and maintenance and hospitality issues.
