Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Minimum age check-in is 18. Pets are not permitted at the resort. ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. Members who do an exchange using their weeks/points will be metered for their electricity usage. The meter will be checked prior to check in and upon check out to calculate the usage. The only exception is if you book a unit beginning with RENT the fees are different and depend on the month booked. Fees start from £7 up to £16 depending on unit type. Please call the Call Centre for clarification on the unit you have booked for the correct fees. Please note due to weather conditions, when driving to the resort from the south the Sattelite Navigation will attempt to redirect you away from the A822, advising you to turn left and pass through Glen Quaich. Please avoid this route. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
