Elevator will be closed from August 18, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Elevator refurbishment project. One elevator will remain in operation during the renovation which may cause some delays. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 108.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. There are fees charged for Wi-Fi internet service. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Pool is closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Smoking is not allowed in units. Snow chains are required for driving in winter. Outdoor concerts and events are often hosted near the resort. Music may be heard as late as 10:30 pm on certain nights. Concerts are held throughout the summer. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Fees charged for some utilities. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
