Per reservation, per night in Studio and 1BR size units. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 15.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Minimum age check in is 25. No Pets. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Guests can confirm this resort once in 3 anniversary years and to any resorts in the resort group, including EP IDs 2465, F870, C095, 3155, F871, DD06, 7466, F869, DM66. Only 2 maximum units or consecutive weeks are allowed. The all-inclusive programs cannot be combined, so if you confirm a unit under this ID, you cannot confirm an additional unit at IDs 5705, 4363, A475, 5237, or A899 during the same travel period. To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation. Handicapped-accessible units may be available if requested in advance. The mandatory Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, exclusive check-in and check-out, a welcome fruit bowl, entertainment areas, and members-only parties. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by parents in the same unit. One extra bed is allowed at no cost. Maximum occupancy is enforced, and reservations are not honored if you exceed unit occupancy, including all guests. Studios sleep four, one-bedrooms sleep six, and two-bedrooms sleep eight guests.
