Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 8.28 USD for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per day, due at check-in. Based on unit size. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Tourists can check additional information at www.nps.gov/yell and www.destinationyellowstone.com. The Yellowstone Park entrance is closed to motor vehicles from November through April each year. However, the entrance remains open to hikers, cross-country skiers, and snowmobiles year-round. The only entrance that remains open year-round to motor vehicles is the North entrance which is 170 miles (3 hours from the resort).
