Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Fees charged for some utilities. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. The resort operates an ongoing improvement program and refurbishments take place throughout the year. While the resort works hard to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. Car parking is limited to ONE parking space per room.
