Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 22.00 USD, per night, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is per day. Mandatory daily usage fee is 25.00 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Environmental Infrastructure Impact fee is $25 daily or $175 dollars per week. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 11.00 USD for all units, per person, per night. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
