Mandatory environment tax fee is 25.00 USD for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. All reservations require an Environment Tax of USD 25 per night, to be paid upon check-in. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Pets are not permitted at the resort. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible, and transportation to nearby Coki Beach will be provided. A trash and tidy service is available for full-week stays.
