Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 EUR for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL Please contact the resort prior to arrival for assistance with reservations regarding dining and other activities. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay if any guest(s) is displaying inappropriate behavior. Please be aware the age restriction for the use of the indoor spa/pool is 16 years and over. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. While the resort endeavors to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to guests. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for alternate check-in procedures. The gym is open from Monday to Friday. Opening times vary depending on the season. All under the age of 18 are included in the occupancy level for your apartment.
