Parking fee is 25.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per day, for mandatory valet parking. No RV parking No large vehicle parking No trailers Minimum age check-in is 21. No No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. We provide one parking spot per unit. We do offer valet parking for a daily fee. Parking is very limited in this urban area. There is NO space for parking RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. There is a fee for late check-outs.
