Mandatory resort fee is 275.00 USD, per unit, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus tax. Transportation fee is 20 USD for all units, per person. Cash or Credit is accepted. FERRY PASS per passenger for unlimited use between the North side of Marigot Bay and the mainland. Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Will be applied for incidentals, and will be reversed after 30 days. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. There are many steep steps required to reach each unit; so this property is NOT recommended for the elderly or those with limited mobility. All units have 2 floors with stairs. RCI inbounds must contact Quincie in advance of arrival since room keys are given by appointment only. Please call at least 4 days before arrival: 1 800/774-3930 Resort is accessible by ferry only. The WEEKLY FERRY PASS is US$20 per person. There is a lift-track to provide guests transportation up the hill for check-in. Please contact resort at 1 800/774-3930 to make arrival arrangements at least 4 days prior to arrival. From the Hewanorra Intl. Airport to the resort it is a 1.5 hour drive along very winding roads. It's BEST to take a taxi and get a rental car in Marigot Bay. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
