Elevator will be closed from August 18, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Elevator refurbishment project. One elevator will remain in operation during the renovation which may cause some delays. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 108.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No RV parking No large vehicle parking Limited parking onsite No boat parking No trailers One parking space per unit No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Smoking is not allowed in units. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. There are fees charged for Wi-Fi internet service. Snow chains are required for driving in winter. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The pool is closed November 1st to April 1st annually. Hot tub is open year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. The elevation of the resort is 4,250 feet. No RVs are allowed on-site. Units are assigned upon arrival. Outdoor concerts and events are often hosted near the resort. Music may be heard as late as 10:30 pm on certain nights. Concerts are held throughout the summer.
