Late check-in fee is 100 EUR for all units, per stay. Cash only is accepted. Additional maid service fee is 25 EUR for studio units, per stay. Cash only is accepted. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 7 ALL Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Everything remains closed in Sestriere, including resort facilities outside July & August and the ski season. Please be aware that you might need to drive 15 minutes to the closest bar/restaurant. Outside the peak season, all facilities are closed including restaurants, bars, markets, laundry, gym, game rooms, etc. Toiletries are provided. A car is highly recommended to enjoy the area. Reception is open 8:30am-midnight from December 20th through March 31st, and July 1 through August 31st. The rest of the year reception opening hours are 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm. If you need to check in outside of the Reception hours, you’ll have to pay €100 until 9pm, and after 9pm you cannot check in until the following day. After confirming a unit online please check with RCI to ensure the check-in day booked is correct for your dates of travel. Reservations made incorrectly will be canceled and must be re-booked with the correct check-in day.
