If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Some two-bedroom units are adjoining lock-off units and the resort can share details on the unit configuration. Some one-bedroom units do not have a dishwasher. There are only elevators in some buildings. If you will arrive after the scheduled check-in time, or will not be arriving at all, please contact the property in advance at (407) 397-2828. Annual pest control takes place from August through October, and during these months, pest control inspectors may need to access your unit. The resort staff apologizes for any inconvenience. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
