Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 108.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Call the Worldmark Central office at 877/484-3258 to discuss special needs. There are fees charged for Wi-Fi Internet service. Pets are not allowed. To enjoy your vacation fully, a car is recommended. Winter driving conditions can change rapidly and snow tires or chains may be required. Please be aware there are stairs leading to six units with no elevator access. Additionally, the resort is at a high altitude. Because of these two factors, the resort is not recommended for handicapped persons, the elderly, or those with heart conditions or breathing difficulties.
