Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 CAD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 0 ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Check in is on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 10 Keith Avenue, unit 303 in the Cranberry Mews Plaza in Collingwood. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If you are checking in after-hours, please go to our office at 10 Keith Avenue, Suite 303, in the Cranberry Mews Plaza, where you will find a sign posted with the after-hours lockbox code. The after-hours lock box is at 5 Harbour Street West, where you will pick up your arrival information, including your unit door code, Wi-Fi information, and other details regarding your stay. Call the resort office during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm at (705) 444-5139 with questions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
