Mandatory resort fee is 19.00 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus tax. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No RV parking No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 3 ALL 2 bedroom units with Saturday check in date and footage of 1,055 square feet are ground floor entry. 2 bedroom units wtih Friday check in date and footage of 1,170 are a mix of ground floor entry ADA accessible units and upstairs units with no elevator access. These require a flight of 15 outdoor stairs. If a Friday check in- downstairs unit is necessary, please contact the resort after booking to ensure a downstairs unit can be provided. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Please call 7 days before your planned arrival to confirm your getaway at 480-947-3300, extension 563. The balcony and patios of all villas are non-smoking as well. If a Points reservation has a non-standard check-in date (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), a unit move may be required. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
