Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. The outdoor pool is seasonal. The indoor pool and beach access are available year-round. Arrivals outside check-in hours can call (843) 626-4101 to get the lockbox code. Your arrival packet will have your name, unit number, instructions, and keys. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Please do not contact the resort with requests for unit changes or upgrades, as these requests will not be honored. Do not call the resort for unit number assignments. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The resort does not assign unit numbers and places guests into the units they reserved through RCI. Three-bedroom units are located at 3401 S. Ocean Blvd, with no elevator access. Check-in is at 4525 S. Ocean Blvd. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
