Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 95.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee also includes resort fee. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 0 Check in Location; 12505 Coastal Highway, Suite 200, Ocean City, MD 21842 - From April 1 - October 31, Ocean Time guests will have access to the indoor swimming pool at The Waves - located adjacent to Ocean Time. The Waves address is 13500 Coastal Highway. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Damage deposit is required at check in: Any damage not reported within 24 hours of check in will be charged to credit card. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. The resort only allows service animals WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION. No other animals will be allowed on property, including emotional support animals (ESA). Please contact the resort management team for inquiries. Smoking is not allowed in units.
