Elevator will be closed from January 7, 2026 to February 28, 2026. One of the two on-site elevators is currently out of service. Dates are subject to change. The resort will undergo extensive bathroom renovations due to tile replacement. Mandatory local tax fee is 3.00 USD for all units, per usage. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mid-Bay Bridge toll Parking fee is 10.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. There is a one-time fee for the on-site parking garage. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee collected at check-in. The Majestic Sun indoor/outdoor pool is not managed by Wyndham, so the resort is not responsible for amenity closure. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is provided for up to four devices. Pets are not allowed on the property, and violators are charged an additional cleaning fee.
