Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. All RCI inbounds must bring an RCI confirmation in order to check -in, confirmation must include the name of the guest. ***Unit 122 is a ground floor unit located behind the tiki bar with no ocean or pool view.*** Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Service animals are allowed and must be under the control of the owner. They must remain on a leash or harness in the resort's common areas. Service animals are not allowed in the pool.
