Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 0 If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Resort has one elevator and there are multiple steps to every unit. There are no handicapped-accessible units. To check in, please use the lockbox located at Ocean Forest Colony, 5900 N. Ocean Blvd. Once you have arrived, please notify the Jade Tree Cove office at 843-497-0862 to obtain the red lockbox details. If you anticipate a late arrival after 5 pm, please call 843-848-7040. On-site construction takes place Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
