These fees are not included in the total booking price. Water supply rationed by floor: 6–9:30 am, 11–12:30 pm, 3–3:30 pm, 6–6:30 pm, 7:30–8 pm, 9–9:30 pm, 10:30–11 pm. Public Areas: Pool bathrooms, lobby, restaurant, and pool showers are not subject to rationing. Light daily service: trash collection and sweeping. Deep cleaning is performed on the 3rd day after arrival. Unit 06/02: 1 private bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 bathroom, 2 individual duplex sofas in the living room, refrigerator, electric 2-burner cooktop, 1 TV. Unit 06/04: 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 individual duplex sofa in the living room refrigerator, electric 2-burner cooktop, 2 TVs. Both units offer basic kitchen utensils; no blender or microwave.. The complex cannot grant upgrades for the apartments or move guests to another apartment. A security deposit in cash is required upon arrival at the complex per reserved unit. This deposit will be refunded at the time of departure, after the inspection of the unit.
