Mandatory amenities fee is 25.00 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is per day, per unit + tax. Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 23. Please check with resort for smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 3 Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Although not accessible directly from resort, guests can still access the beach via the City of Daytona beach access ramp, a very short walk, just north of the property. Smoking is only allowed on your unit's balcony. No smoking is allowed in units or public areas. Cash is not accepted at the resort. Please use a credit card for the security deposit. Access to the pool deck, pool, beach, and outdoor amenities will remain closed as the crew continues to make repairs to these areas due to hurricane damage. Additionally, on-site parking will be limited due to ongoing work. Arrangements have been made to accommodate additional guest parking at a facility located across the street from Daytona Seabreeze. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
