Mandatory resort fee is 35.00 USD, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The weekly Resort Fee is mandatory. Limited parking onsite No boat parking No RV parking No large vehicle parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. During Spring Break weeks, the primary guest responsible for checking in must be at least 23 years old and present when the travel party checks in or the reservation will not be honored. This policy will be strictly enforced. The resort kiddie pool is the only pool closed at this time. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small. Studio units sleeping 4 are best suited for 2 adults and 2 children, as they have a queen Murphy bed and a double sleeper sofa.
