Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 0 Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. All points midweek check-ins must check in at 3:00pm. If unable to check in at 3:00 pm please notify the resort 843-842-6556. Guest staying more than 7 nights or crossing into the next week will have to change units. Security deposit and housekeeping fees are collected at check-in. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort is unable to honor requests for early check in. Resorts pool is outdoor and not heated. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
