Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 30.00 EUR, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 2.20 EUR for all units, per person, per night. Cash only is accepted. Not applicable to children under 16 No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL Fees charged for some utilities. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Last-minute bookings made within 3 days (72 hours) of the original check-in date, MUST be emailed to resort reception directly.
