Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Smoking is not allowed in units. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Motorcycles are not permitted within the gated amenities area on the property. Please be advised that due to the local area being a seasonal location, some amenities and activities in the area are not available through the winter season. There may be many steps to access the units, and stairs inside the units. There are no handicap-accessible units at this resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Check-in location: 180 Herman Wilson Road, Lake Lure, NC, 28746. Hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
