Resort Messages
Mandatory amenities fee is 80 USD, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. A service fee is added when paying with a credit card. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Smoking is not allowed in units. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Check-in is on Friday from 5pm-8pm. No check-ins before 5pm. Resort will allow an early check in starting at 3pm if the unit is ready. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
