Mandatory amenities fee is 20.00 USD, per night, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee covers various resort amenities for our guests. Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 11.48 USD for 1 bedroom units, per unit, per night, plus tax. Only Credit Cards accepted. Pool hours are 8am-10pm, fitness center hours are 6am-10:30pm, and the business/media center hours are 6am-10:30pm. The resort amenity fee is subject to change without notice. It includes high-speed internet, air conditioning, parking, access to the fitness center, our recreational center with an owner's lounge, and the Multiplex Court (pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard). The front desk is open 24 hours. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
