Yes No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. There are as many as 28 exterior stairs to access one-bedroom units and 43-67 stairs to access two-bedroom units. The resort cannot make unit changes. Accommodations are guaranteed for 48 hours after the designated check-in day, however, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If we do not hear from you within that 48 hour period after the designated checkin day, your reservation will be canceled. If you are sending a guest, providing us with their name will prevent any delay upon their registration. There is a small fee to gain beach access.
