Mandatory resort fee is 35 USD, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus 3.5% if a credit card is used. Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Refunded 2 weeks after check out. $300 if the guest checking in is between ages of 21-25. No boat parking No RV parking No trailers No large vehicle parking No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. There is only one parking space per unit. Additional vehicles must park off the property. Contact the resort for additional parking options. If you have a trailer, it must be parked on the street. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
