Fee Advisements A MANDATORY RESORT FEE: USD$175 PER UNIT PER WEEK, OR USD$25 PER UNIT PER NIGHT PLUS A USD$50 CHECK-IN FEE APPLICABLE TAX MANDATORY RESORT FEE WILL BE PAID TO RESORT AT CHECK-IN. Nightly State Tax is 1BED: USD$19.82 per night and for the 2BED: USD$25.54 per night. ?Guests are responsible for payment of a nightly State of Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax, assessed on all units which is USD$25.54 per unit per night or USD$178.78 per week. We have included all fees and surcharges provided to us by the resort. Resort parking is limited to one car per unit, at the rate of $20 plus tax per day. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Important Advisements Construction/renovation/maintenance projects may be ongoing, year-round and are typically noted. For concerns about unforeseen projects, please contact the resort directly. There will be a waterproofing project in Building 1500. Work is estimated to be completed by August 31, 2025. Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. There will be construction noise including but not limited to digging, drilling, and hammering . Construction noise, while located near the entrance of the property & in the laundry area, may be heard intermittently throughout the property.? Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee. Additional Information Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple stays at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit for each stay confirmed. Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated.
