Fee Advisements MANDTORY RESORT FEE: USD$175 PER WEEK PER UNIT OR USD$25 PER UNIT PER NIGHT PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. MANDATORY RESORT FEE WILL BE PAID TO RESORT AT CHECK-IN. We have included all fees and surcharges provided to us by the resort. Resort fees include: internet, WiFi, parking and all amenities. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Important Advisements Construction/renovation to assemble prefabricated units. The resort is comprised of prefabricated modular units on wheels, similar to a mobile home. Units are small. Studio, 200 sq. ft.; 1 bedroom unit, 400 sq. ft.; 2 bedroom unit, 600 sq. ft. If confirming into studio or 1 bedroom units, please note these units are connected by an outdoor deck and can be adjoined with a non-related guest. The second bedroom of the 2 bedroom units are joined by an outdoor deck and cannot be accessed from inside the unit. Napa Valley is located in a flood zone. Inclement weather may cause flooding December-March, resulting in possible evacuation. Purchase of Exchange insurance is recommended. Riverpointe is currently resurfacing its pool and hot tub area.? One hot-tub will be resurfaced at a time and one should still be available. Weather permitting.? Estimated time of completion is September 30, 2025. Please contact Riverpointe directly for further details. Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. Additional Information Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple stays at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit for each stay confirmed. Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated.
