Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 90.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory fee. No trailers No large vehicle parking Yes No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Daily 3 Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. All timeshare units are in the back of the property. Close-date reservations made less than 3 days in advance are NOT allowed at this resort and will not be honored at check-in. All Villas at Regal Palms units are dual-story within an expansive development. As such, some travel may be required between the front desk, the pool, the villas, and other resort amenities.
