Mandatory security deposit fee is 150.00 Euros . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. This resort has several check-in days during the year. After confirming a unit online please check with RCI that the check-in day booked is correct for your time of travel. The resort offers cots, high chairs, and fold-away beds for an additional fee. Transfers can be arranged by emailing [email protected]. Car Hire can be arranged by emailing [email protected]. Please Note: Guests arriving after 6pm(1800hrs) must advise Resort Solutions - [email protected] - prior to travel of their arrival time so they are supplied with the check-in procedure / key code. All guest are sent a welcome letter and holiday. Guest will also find a large site map in the entrance of the Clubshare reception to help them locate their apartments. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. In the winter months, your apartment can be pre-heated by request for your arrival. Electricity is metered and charged on departure. Any guest found to have been smoking in the apartment will be charged a cleaning fee. Indoor swimming pool: required swimming cap, no bare feet or outdoor shoes around the pool. Balcony gaps are large, extra care should be taken.
