Please Note: Guests arriving after 6pm(1800hrs) must advise Resort Solutions - [email protected] - prior to travel of their arrival time so they are supplied with the check-in procedure / key code. Guest will also find a large site map in the entrance of the Clubshare reception to help them locate their apartments. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. In the winter months, your apartment can be pre-heated by request for your arrival. Electricity is metered and charged on departure. Any guest found to have been smoking in the apartment will be charged a cleaning fee. Indoor swimming pool: required swimming cap, no bare feet or outdoor shoes around the pool. Balcony gaps are large, extra care should be taken.
