Mandatory amenities fee is 47.00 to 57.00 U.S. dollars, per stay, . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Smoking is not allowed in units. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Guest certificate required for multiple reservations. Please note that for RCI Points reservations, it may be necessary to move to a different unit during your stay. The resort offers optional amenities that are not mandatory for check-in but require an additional fee to access. The Smuggs Pass information and pricing is available on www.smuggs.com. The on-site restaurant remains closed for maintenance in the Spring and Fall, but the on-site Country Store is open seven days a week. The resort shuttle is only operational during certain seasons. All units not occupied by the confirming member MUST HAVE a Guest Certificate. The name on the GC MUST BE one of the guests staying in the assigned unit. If confirming multiple units on-line, create the confirmations FIRST, then call the call center to have the Guest Certificates assigned.
