Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. Units are not air-conditioned but do include ceiling fans. Studio units are hotel size meant for two adults at approximately 330 sq. ft. It includes a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware sets for 2, a table, and two chairs. The studio units do not include a sofa or closet. They are cozy and best used as a simple base of operations for island explorers and other active guests. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
