Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Check-in 4pm-10pm. Lobby is not open 24 hours. Lock box located on property; guests must contact resort in advance to get lock box code. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Units are not air conditioned. No smoking is allowed in the units, balconies or the common areas. Smoking only permitted in designated areas. Resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Resort is two floors; no elevators. Resort is located on busy street near railroad tracks; minimal train and traffic noise is possible. Some two-bedroom units have only 1 bath. Relocation to a different unit is not possible. Please contact resort for specific unit details in advance.
