Mandatory local tax fee is 4.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Check-in is at 4pm & check-out is at 10am. The front desk is open 9:30am-6pm Sunday-Thursday. The resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Units are non-smoking. Contact the resort in advance to discuss any special needs. There are no elevators on property. Guest certificate required for multiple confirmations for the same week. Pets are not allowed, and an extra cleaning fee of USD$175 is charged for violation of this policy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
