Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. The 1 in 4 year rule does NOT apply to RCI Points resort VPC1 owners, Eastern Slope Inn (0458, 5795), or Attitash Mountain Village (0537, 5796, 7913). The 1 in 4 year rule applies to all Points and Weeks exchanges, and the 1 in 4 year rule is subject to change. 1 in 4 year rule applies. Non-owners of RCI Points resort VPC1, Eastern Slope Inn (0458, 5795) or Attitash Mountain Village (0537, 5796, 7913) that have confirmed Eastern Slope Inn (0458, 5795) must wait 4 full years to confirm Eastern Slope Inn (0458, 5795) again. No consecutive or concurrent reservations allowed. The resort has seven buildings and only The Main Inn has an elevator. Most units are in multi-level buildings with stairs and no elevators. If a guest wants a handicapped-accessible unit, they can contact the resort at [email protected] 48 business hours after making their reservation to discuss accessibility needs. Daily housekeeping is not provided unless it is requested in writing 24 hours in advance and a housekeeping fee will apply. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
